SiPM-IQP-L Silicon Photomultiplier LiDAR, SiPM-IQP-L, MicroSiPM Array 15μm M
SiPM-IQP-L00010 is a NIR-HD Silicon Photomultiplier LiDAR sensor. LiDAR SiPM Series is used for ultra-sensitive precision measurements of low photon flux in Autonomous Technology. It is represent of 1D Array of microSiPM, up to 32 microSiPM in Array. The package window is made by a glass highly transparent down to NIR wavelengths, resulting in a broad response in the visible light spectrum with high sensitivity towards near-IR region of the light spectrum. Application is dedicated to the Autonomous Driving Technology, in particular Light Detection and Ranging Sensor.
